Chef Yee: A Journey of New Beginnings
With over 20 years of experience in top omakase restaurants like Gari and Kissaki, Chef Yee has learned from masters Nick Kim and Jimmy Lau. Inspired by these teachings, Shoshin – meaning “beginner’s mind” – represents his fresh start, blending tradition with creativity to express his passion and lifelong learning through every dish.
